To Enter: No purchase is necessary to participate in this contest. To enter the contest, simply fill out the form below and submit. Only one entry per customer.

Eligibility: The contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective province, except residents of the Province of
Quebec and employees of Mr. Big and Tall, Grafton-Fraser Inc. and members of their immediate families.

Prize: The grand prize consists of one $500.00 gift certificate. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable. No cash substitution will be made.
Mr. Big and Tall, Grafton-Fraser Inc., and their respective agencies and affiliated companies shall in no way be held liable for any event, injury or loss which may be
sustained in connection with the prize.

General: In order to win a prize, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question to completed on the Declaration of Compliance form. The random draw to select the winner will be made at 9am, July 10th, 2012, from all qualified entries. The selected entrant will be notified by email or mail within two (2) days of the draw date. If the selected entrant is not contacted within that time, the selected entrant will forfeit his or her right to be awarded a prize and a new draw will be conducted to select a substitute entrant to be awarded a prize.

Each prize winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance with these Rules and Regulations within 5 days of notification of being selected.
Chances of winning a prize depend on the number of entries received. By entering, the entrant consents to publication of his/her name, photograph or likeness in
publicity conducted by the Sponsors, without compensation.

Any personal information provided by entrants in connection with this contest will be solely for the purposes of administering this contest and will not be retained after the contest has been completed.
