What sizes do you carry?
Big sizes 1X to 8X (some styles start at XL), tall sizes LT to 7XT, and pants in waists 34 to 66. Each product page lists the sizes for that style.
Do I need big or tall?
Big sizes are cut for men up to 6'. Tall sizes are for 6'1" and up, with extra sleeve and body length.
How do I measure myself?
Measure chest, neck, sleeve, waist and inseam in inches, then compare with the size guide. Many products also have a brand-specific guide.
Can someone help me with fit in person?
Yes. Store teams at Mr. Big & Tall locations across Canada can help you compare sizes and brands.
Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders over $99 within Canada, after discounts and before taxes. Under $99 it is a flat $10. Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories are excluded.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed every day of the week, with up to 72 hours in peak seasons. Delivery happens on business days.
How do I track my package?
Use the order tracking page with your order number. Courier tracking can take a few days to update.
Which couriers do you use?
Both Canada Post and UPS. Which one carries your order depends on where you live and how busy we are.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from purchase. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and tagged, with the original or emailed receipt.
Can I return an online order in store?
Yes. Bring the emailed sales receipt to any Mr. Big & Tall store in Canada.
Can I swap an online order for another size?
Online exchanges are not available. We refund the item and help you reorder, with a free shipping code or by placing the order for you at the price you paid.
Do you adjust prices after I buy?
Yes, once, in store, within 14 days of purchase, with the item and the original receipt.
Gift Cards & Payment
Where can I use a gift card?
Online and in any Mr. Big & Tall store. Gift cards never expire.
How do I buy a gift card?
Digital gift cards are sold online and emailed within minutes. Physical cards are sold in store.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Klarna is available at online checkout, though not for digital gift cards.
