Redeeming a Mr. Big & Tall Gift Card is easy whether you're shopping online or in-store!
Online:
Simply shop and check out as you normally would. During checkout, you can enter your gift card number and PIN in the gift card fields, and then hit Apply.
The value of your gift card will be subtracted from your order total, with any balance remaining on the gift card for you to use at any time.
If your physical gift card doesn't have a PIN on the back, just hit the prompt to auto-fill the PIN field.
In-Store:
Present your physical gift card or digital gift card email at the cash.
Yes! Our Digital Gift Cards can be used both online and in-store! Simply present the email containing your Digital Gift Card at the cash.
Yes! All Mr. Big & Tall Gift Cards (digital or physical) can be used both online and in-store. Simply enter your card number and PIN at checkout.

No shipping fees for Digital Gift Cards. If your order is mixed with other merchandise, standard shipping fees and shipping threshold will apply to physical items.

Physical gift cards can only purchased in-store at this time.
Once you've completed your digital gift card purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Within only a few minutes, your recipient will receive a Digital Gift Card email from Mr. Big & Tall.
This email will include:
- Sender Name
- Sender's Greeting (if included)
- Gift Card Amount
- Card Number and Barcode
- 4-digit PIN
- Helpful links on where and how to redeem, and check the card's balance.
If your recipient hasn't received an email from Mr. Big & Tall, please ensure they've checked their spam/junk folders, and that the recipient email in your order confirmation was correctly entered.
If everything looks correct but your recipient still hasn't received their digital gift card, please reach out to our customer support team and we will assist.
A new Digital Gift Card will be issued to the email attached to the transaction.
Please note that if you paid for your purchase using both a credit card and a gift card, a portion of your refund may be applied back to your credit card.

No, your gift card will never expire, so please treat it like cash and keep it safe.
Digital Gift Cards are not reloadable.
In the event of a refund for a purchase made via gift card, you will be issued a new Digital Gift Card - sent to the same email as the original transaction.

If your gift card has been lost, stolen, or your email inbox has been compromised, please reach out to our customer support team and we will ensure your lost gift card is locked, and transfer any remaining balance to a new digital gift card.

- New email address (to issue a replacement gift card to)
