Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, which is just under your ribs. If you are not sure, you can bend to the side to find where your body natural creases and that is your natural waist.

"Very comfortable and I appreciate the 2 pockets as well as the drawstring. Nice and stretchy too i just find the material is quite thin so it willbe interesting to see how long they last. My other pair of Britches sleep shorts l still have 3 are a thicker material and the butt seam is just starting to go, I have had them for well over 5 years, probably closer to 8 years. Fingers crossed these will be as sturdy after many washes too. Meanwhile I really like them. Thankyou"
